To remember something specifically such as a past lifetime, early childhood memory, or the location of a lost item, sit quietly with the Memory Support GEMFormula bottle in your hands. Then:
- Take a dose, and contemplate the memories you are trying to access.
- Take a second dose, and continue contemplating.
